Badminton Manawatu are delighted to open entries into our first two sanctioned tournaments of the year:

We have increased the prize money on offer for both events:

  • Open: $1500
  • u17 Open: $500

There is also the option to play ‘Div 2’ in the Manawatu Open tournament to cater to players who might not otherwise enter.

There are 18 teams in total playing across four grades:

  • Grade 1 – 6 team round robin.
  • Grade 2 – 4 team round robin.
  • Grade 3 – 4 team round robin.
  • Grade 4 – 5 team round robin with a BYE.
